ТРЕБОВАНИЯ К СОДЕРЖАНИЮ СТАТЕЙ

Общие требования к содержанию публикаций, порядок их представления и рецензирования

Редакция Журнала принимает к рассмотрению статьи (материалы), отражающие научные взгляды, результаты и достижения фундаментальных и теоретико-прикладных исследований по наиболее перспективным и интересным направлениям юридических наук. Статьи (материалы), не соответствующие тематике Журнала, к рассмотрению не принимаются.

Статьи (материалы) должны носить открытый характер. Наличие ограничительного грифа служит основанием для отклонения статьи (материла) от открытой публикации.

Материал, предлагаемый для публикации, должен являться оригинальным (все статьи (материалы) проходят обязательную проверку в системе «Антиплагиат», при оригинальности текста менее 60% статьи (материалы) к рассмотрению редакционной коллегией не принимаются), не публиковавшимся ранее в других печатных изданиях, содержащим очевидный элемент создания нового знания и (или) анализ проблем правоприменительной практики и пути их решения, свободным от неправомерного и некорректного заимствования, недобросовестного самоцитирования.

За точность воспроизведения имен, цитат, формул, цифр несет ответственность автор.

Статья (материал)  представляется в редакцию Журнала электронном виде (по электронной почте kriminalist_institut@mail.ru).

Текст должен быть набран на компьютере в редакторе Microsoft Word for Windows.

Рекомендованный объем публикации от 0,4 до 0,6 учетно-издательского листа (16 000— 24 000 знаков, включая название статьи, сведения об авторе (авторах), аннотацию, ключевые слова, список источников, пробелы между словами).

Статья должна быть представлена одним файлом.

В рукописи статьи также отражается следующая информация на русском и английском языках: аннотация; список ключевых слов; фамилия, имя, отчество (полностью), должность и место работы (службы), ученая степень и ученое звание автора, номер телефона, адрес электронной почты.

В статье указывается код универсальной десятичной классификации (УДК).

Рекомендуемый объем аннотации 120-250 слов.
Рекомендуемое количество ключевых слов – 5-7, количество слов внутри ключевой фразы – не более 3.

К рукописи прилагается «Согласие на обработку персональных данных автора и на размещение полнотекстовой версии статьи впервые в открытом доступе в сети Интернет», по шаблону, приведенному на сайте https://www.procuror.spb.ru/krim11.html.

Обязательно наличие списка научных источников.

Доктора и кандидаты наук имеют право представлять в редакцию свои статьи (материалы) без рецензий.

Статьи аспирантов (соискателей, адъюнктов) должны представляться с рецензией научного руководителя.

Авторы, не имеющие ученой степени, прилагают к статье рецензию и/или выписку из протокола заседания кафедры (подразделения) с рекомендацией к печати.

Статьи студентов (магистрантов) публикуются только в соавторстве с научными руководителями.

Рукопись научной статьи (материала), поступившая в редакцию Журнала, рассматривается ответственным секретарем на предмет комплектности пакета представленных документов и соответствия рукописи статьи (материала) требованиям редакции, профилю Журнала и правилам оформления. В случае несоблюдения условий публикации статья (материал) может быть отправлена автору на доработку.

Редакция журнала «Криминалистъ» осуществляет двойное слепое рецензирование всех поступивших статей (материалов). Копия рецензии направляется ответственным секретарем Журнала на электронный адрес автора.

Рецензенты и редакция Журнала не вступают в дискуссии с авторами статьи (материала) по поводу сделанных замечаний.

Статья (материал), направленная автору на доработку, должна быть возвращена в исправленном виде вместе с ее первоначальным вариантом в установленный редакционной коллегией срок. К переработанной статье (материалу) автору необходимо приложить письмо, содержащее ответы и пояснения в соответствии с замечаниями. Доработанная с учетом замечаний рецензента статья повторно направляется на рецензирование тому же или другому рецензенту, назначенному на усмотрение редакции. Датой поступления статьи в редакцию считается дата возвращения автором доработанной статьи.

Статьи (материалы), авторы которых не выполняют конструктивные замечания рецензента или аргументировано не опровергают их, не допускаются к публикации.

Редакция оставляет за собой право на редактирование статей с сохранением научного содержания авторского варианта статьи (материала), сокращение и исправление принятых публикаций.

Авторский гонорар не выплачивается.

Редакция не возвращает и не хранит рукописи, не принятые к печати.

REQUIREMENTS TO THE CONTENT OF THE PUBLICATIONS, THE PROCEDURE FOR THEIR SUBMISSION AND PEER REVIEW

The editors of the Journal will accept for consideration articles (materials) reflecting scholarly views, the results and achievements of the fundamental and theoretical-applied research on most promising and interesting areas of juridical studies. The articles (materials) that are not in line with the Journal subject theme will not be admitted.
         The articles (materials) should be open. Restrictive label of confidentiality gives occasion to reject the article (materials) from open publishing.
         The materials submitted for publication must be original (all articles (materials) undergo mandatory anti-plagiarism testing with the system “Antiplagiat”, whereby their originality rate cannot be less than 60% to be taken for consideration by the editorial board), they also should be previously unpublished in other print publications and must have some evident element of creating new knowledge and / or present analysis of problems in the law enforcement practice and the ways of their solution, as well as be free of undue and unattributed borrowing and unconscionable self-citation.
         The responsibility for the accuracy of the reproduction of names, quotations, formulas, figures lies with the author.
         The article (material) is to be submitted to the journal editorial staff in soft copy (by email:  kriminalist_institut@mail.ru).
         The text should be typed on the computer in the text editor Microsoft Word for Windows.
         The recommended size of publication vary from 0.4 up to 0.6 of standard publisher’s sheet (16 000 – 24 000 printed characters, including the article title, information about the author (authors), abstract, key words, list of sources, spaces between words).
         The article should be presented in a single file.
         The following information in Russian and English languages must be available in the submitted manuscript of an article: abstract, the list of key words, the full name (surname, first name, patronymic), position and place of work (duty station), the author’s academic degree and academic status, telephone number, email address.
         The article should indicate the Code of the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC).
         The recommended abstract volume is 120–250 words.
         The recommended number of the key words: 5 to 7: the number of words within a key phrase: no more than 3.
         The manuscript shall be accompanied by a “Consent to the processing of the author’s personal data and to the posting of the full-text version of the article for the first time in the public domain on the Internet” according to the template provided on the website https://www.procuror.spb.ru/krim11.html.
         A list of scholarly sources is a must.
         Doctors and candidates of sciences have the right to send their articles (materials) to the editorial office without reviews.
         Articles of postgraduates (applicants, external PhD students) are to be sent with a review of the research supervisor.
         Authors who do not have an academic degree, shall attach to the article a review and/or an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the department (division) with a recommendation for publishing.
         Articles of students (undergraduates and Master’s Degree students) are only published in co-authorship with their research supervisors.
         The manuscript of a research article (material) received by the editorial office of the Journal shall be reviewed by the executive editor to ensure that the package of received documents is complete and that the manuscript of the article (material) meets the requirements of the editorial office, the specialisation of the Journal and the rules of design. In case of non-compliance with the conditions for publication, the article (material) may be sent to the author for improvement.
         The editorial office of the“Criminalist” Journal carries out double-blind review of all received articles (materials). A copy of the review is sent by the executive editor of the Journal to the author's e-mail address.
         The reviewers and the editorial office of the Journal do not engage in discussions with the authors of articles (materials) regarding the remarks made.
         The article (material) sent to the author for improvement should be returned in a corrected form together with its original version within the term established by the editorial board. The author should attach to the improved article (material) a letter containing answers and explanations in accordance with the comments. Once improved taking into account the reviewer’s comments, the article is re-submitted for review to the same or another reviewer appointed at the discretion of the editorial office. The date of receipt of the article in the editorial office is the date of return of the revised article by the author.
         Articles (materials) of the authors that do not comply with constructive comments of the reviewer or fail to refute them in a well-argued manner are not allowed for publication.
         The editorial office reserves the right to edit articles with preserving the scientific content of the author’s version of the article (material), reduce and correct accepted publications.
No royalties are paid.
         The editorial office does not return or store manuscripts not accepted for publishing.
